XT Online
XT Online training is a 1 on 1 CUSTOM training and nutrition program catered to YOU and ONLY you! There are no 2 people who are exactly the same, so there should be no 2 programs that are exactly the same (that's just the easy way out).
XT Online is a full 4 week program. It starts with a 1 hour 30 minute session face to face with ME (via Skype or in person) to go over your fitness goals, injuries/ pain, current workout routine, nutrition, a full movement screening, proper warm up based on your movement screening, and a final workout to learn proper form for all of the main movements. I REFUSE to coach anyone online without physically seeing how their body currently moves, what restrictions may exist, how much load their body can handle with proper form, which muscles are and aren't activating properly, etc. As a coach, if I don't have any of this information, I'd be crazy to tell you what exercises to do or how much weight to use. SAFETY FIRST, GUYS!
After the initial session is complete, I will send you a 1 week workout plan consisting of 4-5 days of workouts including your custom warm up, exercises with reps, sets, and weights, rest times, and endurance/ conditioning finishers. I will also include your custom nutrition GUIDE (nope, no diets with this program)!
After 1 week, we will meet in person again for a 1 hour session to see how your body is adapting to the new program, resolve any mechanical issues, evaluate form, and go over any and all questions you may have. After that, I will send you programs for the remaining 3 weeks.
During the entire 4 week program, I will be available to you 24/7 via call, text, email, even Skype! The point of XT online programming isn't to just give you generic exercises to do just to sweat. It's to be as hands on and as custom as possible to make sure you are Xceeding safely the way YOUR body is meant to Xceed!
