I've been training with Christina for 2 years now and I couldn't recommend her more! I started working with her when I was recovering from an injury and could put no weight on my right knee. With her help, I was not only able to get back to full mobility but continuously build strength and overall fitness. She will tailor workouts to your interest, body type and fitness levels and no two workouts are the same! She is also meticulous with her research and understanding of the body and is able to give you accurate cues on how to improve form and avoid injury. Above all, she is super motivating, positive and a joy to workout with! Don't look further if you want a trainer who will go above and beyond to meet your goals - the fun and laughs are just an added bonus!

Christina is an amazing trainer. She listens and understands that we all come from different abilities and have different limitations. She has been incredibly patient with me and my wonky knee and other issues. She is quick to switch it up if I feel something is off. Because of her I feel stronger than I have in years and more confident. A good trainer is hard to find, she is it.
