Because Options are Always Better!
As an independent fitness coach and trainer, I offer the freedom of not being limited to 1 specific gym. I currently train out of 3 different gyms in Hoboken; NONE of which require you to have a membership to train with me. And because everyone has different preferences of what they like in a gym, the choice of where we train is all yours!
Do you live/ work in Hoboken that has a gym in your building? If so, then I can come to you! Even if your gym has nothing but a beat up rack of weights and a yoga mat, I PROMISE we can accomplish just as much with that as we could at any fully loaded gym!
Hours
I try to be as flexible and as accommodating as possible to you and your schedule. Sessions run 1 hour long (unless requested otherwise). If you only have certain days and times that work for you, I will do my very best to lock those times in for you every week. If your schedule is always changing, don’t worry! We will work together every week to make sure we don’t miss any training sessions!
