Once form is strong and SAFE, we will incorporate all types of full body workouts and have you moving in every direction, 360°! If you’re looking for a personal trainer to have you sit down on a bench and do bicep curls and tricep extensions for an hour, then save your money and buy a generic online program off social media. I’m here to get you off your BUTT and on your FEET! Most of us sit 8-10 hours a day at work. So why go to the gym just to sit for another hour? We will be working as many muscles as possible in every exercise to build FULL BODY strength, burn 10x the calories, and get you to your goals safely and quicker than you ever Xpected!
